I’ve recently moved due to a job relocation and I can say that these are one of the best apartments I’ve lived in since… Denise and Paulina are very helpful when I need some assistance and I will recommend this place to anyone.
Keisha and Paulina were very patient and worked hard to help myself and my roommate navigate through our move, despite a couple of hiccups that we ran into. I am very grateful! Maintenance requests are addressed quickly and the front office is quick to call you back if they missed a call!
Paulina has been a great help! She was very inviting & informative during my tour. She even went above & beyond to see about honoring a current quote for my far out move date. The property is very well kept, I was able to pass current residents in the gym & at the pool who were friendly & inviting also. Thank you for helping me narrow my list as I search for my next home!
Joque was amazing and very knowledgeable when showing us a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. He was very fast to get me through the application process and send me everything I needed. The complex is very well maintained from what I could see, and while I was there they were throwing the residents a pool party with a DJ and food on the grill. It was lit! Can't wait to move in!!!
Magnolia at Spring apartments are some of the most beautiful apartments! So clean and peaceful. Paulina, my leasing agent, was awesome and welcoming. She was helpful with all the many questions I had. They made the process of moving in so easy! Extremely satisfied!

I took a tour here recently, This community is absolutely beautiful! Paulina was so knowledgable and helpful on the tour; she has a fantastic attitude and is so welcoming! The property is extremely clean and it doesn’t feel like a typical apartment community. I highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the market for apartments in this area!

I am beyond happy and excited to finally be home!!! Keisha, the manager has done beyond more than I could ask. She is delightful and so kind. Her personality is simply beautiful as she is. Keisha has so many wonderful options here, there is one that will fit your family also. I am SO thankful that I found this little sweet spot nestled by N Grand Pkwy. My schedule is very difficult but I found no difficulties in my move in. Her assistants are willing to do whatever is needed to make you feel right at home. Please don’t take my word, come out and visit today! You will be so glad you did. Everything you need is right at your fingertips. You will feel right at home.!!!!
